Yoga taught me to breathe. Boy would I need it.
I came to teaching it earnestly. But somewhere along the way, the mat became a stage for my deepest patterns.
I learned to perform. To please. To earn the attention I never got when I was young — and I was pretty good at it. Yet while I was seeking presence and breath — and yes, the wandering gaze of women — I was quietly bypassing the mess at home.
Then the pandemic hit and I couldn't get away with it anymore.
I was left alone with everything I'd spent my whole life avoiding. In the span of a dark few months, my life unraveled. Heartbreak. Divorce. Kids and family upended. A version of myself I could no longer lie about dissolved in front of me.
I couldn't hide from myself anymore. It was either quit life or go all in.
Thankfully through the grace of God alongside an extraordinary mentor, I began the deepest work of my life — the kind that strips you to your essence.
What came out the other side was The Dreamcode™.
Fifteen years of studying and practicing somatic work gave me precision in the body. Life showed me my soul.
Since then I've guided over 300 people through their own portals. A book being written from the same place all of this happened.

It came from the honest journey of finding the path back to love. And it came from the choice I made — to stay, to surrender, to walk all the way through the pain.

How The Process Works

The pattern is thoughtfully brought online in the nervous system using specific verbal guidance. The body is actively engaged. The dream becomes visible and thus workable.

Through a proprietary guided somatic tracking process, parts work, and trance state, the original wound is contacted directly. The contract written in the body is located. The buried emotion is allowed to surface and be felt — not analyzed, not processed, felt and released.

With the old predictive model fully active in the nervous system, a precisely engineered moment is carefully introduced in the trance state — one the old model cannot account for.
